I have a series 1 na ecu. Will get serial number if needed. I just want to be able to tune it to run stock tt maps. Will this allow me to do it and will I need the license? Sorry for noob question
You will need the license if you want to do anything with the tune yourself. So changing tunes, adjusting tunes, anything like that you need the license.
Buy a TT ecu then Or get your NA ECU socketed and get someone to burn you a EPROM with a standard TT tune on it.
so to get these on a TT ecu, we just need them socketed on? can the tuning palce do this or? also the 183 + post to us, a total of $191 yes? will deposit as soon as you need chris pretty desperate for a nistune, will PM the code tomorrow
Yep, just need a socket in place of your main chip. And another 4 wires wired in, it's all detailed in the installation manual on the Nistune website. I would expect if your tuner uses Nistune then they will be able to have it socketed, or know someone nearby that does it cheaply. Yes, $191 posted to you for the board only
