That's all I was talking about. Stock offset plus 2 20mm spacers = go kart and lots of increases suspension stress. I only ever think of spacers in the caliper context, but I can see you could use them to correct a wheel with too large an offset. It's just never occurred to me. How anyone would come to find themselves with wheels with a completely wrong offset is another question altogether.
I think youll find some people want an aggressive offset, not just a standard one, plenty of us dont run crappy looking boring offsets lol, oh really rofl :bash:
You cant string together a series of emoticons and just hope that it makes sense. What the hell is "oh really rofl" supposed to be anyway?
I only think of them in relation to offset, apart we are weak...but together we are STRONG!!...rwoar!. Here's an interesting point for you, all Porsche 911 rims are 50-55 offset, seeing as dish is so not cool over there, and you can get a 15mm bolt on spacer which will convert our 5 x 114.3 hub to a 5 x 120 hub (porsche) and allow us to run Porsche rims. just thought everyone was dying to know.
