As the title suggests, after my car was stolen and the whole outside handle was almost pulled off, I am now unable to open the door. It's the passenger side door and when I unlock the drivers side I can hear the lock motor trying to unlock it but it cant. does anyone have any idea as to how i could open it? all the trim is still on the inside and as hard as i push/pull i can't get it open. any help would be great. cheers
Sounds like they've jammed or bent something and you will just have to pull off the door trim and take a look...maybe take the outside handle off while your there and check all the mechanisms work properly and that the latch still works by disconnecting and moving the rods instead of using the handles.
