    Benny_C About as subtle as...

Yep, i'd buy it to rip out any good bits (if any) then part it out.
Not worth $2k to buy and do up to as a good nick street Zed IMO. I'd just save more money and get one already in good nick. It actually looks like it's already been stripped of a few parts already anyway.

lol I bet that engine is dead or not far from it.

Car dealers down here do that sort of thing, they will remove the front bar maybe break in a headlight and or kick in a fender and sell it like that so people think that thats the only thing wrong with it. Then later on there in for a shock.

Yeah the front bar an much of the interior seem to be missing. Not sure of the trany and engine, thought somone may have checked it out or know of the car.
Also had a wierd looking single exhaust IMO.
May have a look if I'm down that way but I don't want to waste my time.

Wouldn't trust a car dealer as far as I could throw him. Your probably right in that they bring attention to smaller things that stand out to hide the major problems.
Thats why I thought somone might know a bit about this one before I go and have a look.

Don't waste time on this Zed ... it's possibly the very same car that Shaw's Autos on Ferry Rd have been trying to quit for over 4 years. It was an over-priced resprayed (over white) junk heap when I last saw it. Looks as if it's been sold/stolen/partly stripped and recovered.

    Thanks K-zed, That really helps!
I think I'll stay way clear of this one and look for a decent 2+2 TT MT like I origionally intended (preferably black, gunmetal grey or silver). I think this one will be just more trouble then it's worth and end up costing more to get it on the road anyway.
