Helmet

Anyone have a helmet I can borrow?

Used to have one, but it went walkies I probably lent it to someone, and it was an AGV

 

in 3/4 weeks would be awsome

I just had surgery on my neck and start radiation and chemo in 4/5 weeks so enough time to recover and do some neck snapping driving without my head falling into the back seat

The idea is that you on a safe track and can learn to take corners, accelerate and brake in known conditions.

Basically polish your driving skills to be a better driver.

Push the car and find its and your limitations

In a controlled environment unlike on roads with kerbs and the like you get to find the points of over/under steer, hard braking and acceleration on a patch of tar where you are not going to hurt others or yourself. gives an idea of what your car does when you overstep you abilities

 

lol have been more handy earlier before I hit a curb and busted a tyre.
Luckily it was only a tyre though!

but yeah generally take the day the way you want it, either way you learn a heap about control and how very little the average driver has...

 

the dates i posted are what i would aim for if we can fill all the positions within the next week or 2 and have everyone starting to pay up....

i wont be in town for a week at the end of this month and a few days into may so hopefully i will have this organized before then...

 

we have a collection of helmets in different sizes that we will bring for the day

might even see if i get the black sil running in time - or might steal dans sil if they allow me to drive using cushions to reach the pedals (stupid fixed buckets seats )

or might be on the camera again....

 

get in quick guys this is filling up fast....i may have another friend of mine that may want to join in so say something if you want to be apart of this!!!
