Niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  That looks awsome glad you got it all fixed. That car looks so damn sexy WHAT COLOUR OF RED IS THAT METALIC ?????? Cheers
Nice one mate!! Have to organise a cruise sometime so you can show your baby off! BTW - which bodyshop did the work? im due to get a respray and bar fitted... they obviously do a great job! Are you happy with it? Andy
Great to see you back on the road Andrew. Nice sharp pics, Z looks great! I will have to get my arse in gear, and get my Z back on the road so we can do a photo shoot :zlove:
stunning shots mate looks very clean. great colour and stance. what camera did you use for those shots? what settings did you use also? just a comment....maybe lower your bonnet rubber stops at the front so the bonnet lines up with the guards nicely....
The paint is the standard Cherry Red Pearl as far as I'm aware... just nice and fresh! Brad's Bodyworks out in Derwent Park did the work, talk to Brad and tell him I sent you, he's a good bloke and they do good work. Camera is a Canon 50D, different settings for different shots obviously! All manual though shot in RAW, screwed about with in Camera Raw, add some extra vignetting.. Bob's your Uncle. Oh, and a polarizing filter - does wonders for colour. What's happened to yours Jono? Bonnet stops are down as far as they'll go from memory, but I'll double-check that, cheers.
Have to agree - great photos of a really nice looking car. Paint job is superb and a great advertisement for Brad's Bodyworks. Really like the vented bonnet, incidentally - should have been done ex factory!
yeah true, nothing like a motor full of water everytime it rains :bash: they are great shots, car looks great ,seems we have a player for krausy on here for photo awards lol (chrome indicator globes would look better than the amber ones you have in there imho)
HOLY CRAP! ... That thing is insane! and on top of that, its Red! I think I need a new pair of underwear... MoulaZX
awsome shots man, you are prob happy the car was in a prang lol it looks really nice now :zlove::zlove: love it very nicely done, subtle and clean
Just in the process of some maintenance work (100k etc...). I shall let you know when I'm rolling again, and we'll tee off a shoot sometime BTW: Where are my 2000 spec tails?
The car looks fantastic, and the photography is awesome! So you upgraded to the 50d - did you keep the same lenses?
Agree with all the others, an excellent rebirth. The paint doesn't look like a stock colour, but cameras can lie, I'd love to see it in the flesh - or perhaps that should be in the metal . Assuming that is a UAS bonnet, I have recently taken mine off RZ1 and fitted it to RZ2, and on RZ2 it had alignment issues (more so than yours) at the front, also with the stops right down. I think I have moved the latch down as far as it will go, possibly the crucial latch mounting hole needs to be slotted so that front edge drops a bit. The same bonnet fitted RZ1 almost perfectly, so perhaps the panel shop fiddled in that area. Bonnet as fitted to RZ1 at the top, and on RZ2 at the bootom - clearly on RZ2 the leading edge is too high. The passenger fender on RZ2 has turned out to be full of bog, and also has alignment issues, so she's at the shop getting a new fender, and the Stillen front bar is also being repainted and transferred across. Can't wait!!!
