OK....well today is the day. Car will be dynoed later today. Everything is tuned and fixed and no leaks and ready to rock and roll.... As this will possibly be my last ever dyno run due to not forking out any more mods on her, I better be breaking 300rwkw and join the '300 for 300 club'. I will cry if all fails. Had first dyno run @ Mikes Dyno in Dandenong on 22/11/08 and pulled a nerve racking 297.8rwkw. Nerveracking cause last dyno run cost me a BIG rebuild. Lucky this time was good and stayed in one piece! Here is the dyno chart. Final dyno will happen later this afternoon. Will post results then. Any ESTs? New tune + fix was done. Going on the Dyno Dynamics machine soon.... ....I better break 300rwkw!!!!! And come out with a healthy car still... ;( ** PS. Try not to spoil this thread please guys **

Very well put thread iCER It's good to have nicely put, complete threads like this where we have before - and - after scenarios, including info and dyno sheets. Hope you crack that 300kw mark, i'm sure you will now you've had a tune done - as it was running a tad rich by the 'before' chart.
not trying to ruin your thread but i thought the point of modding cars where to make them individual... why would you want to copy a proven setup? sounds boreing. anyway good luck im thinking 311?
Individual maybe in terms of looks / practicality. You may like different things, but want the same power level. Btw, good luck Icer with your run, chuck up a dyno sheet after and let us know what boost you hit. -Kirill
not copy 100% but you can look through, and see ok this turbo with these mods make this power at this rpm with this much torque, ooh but this one makes 10 rwkw less but more torque and at lower rpm etc etc... Good luck, im going for the other end of the scale and saying 321.77
god dammit.....so muggy out there....i should of saved it for a cold day ;/ Can only imagine how bad it will be at 4pm! GAY. Condensation will eat me alive... ;/ Id be happy with 321 too mrkarter77! And yeah my mods aint there for people to exact copy....but im happy for them to use products I use and show they are capable of making this power. Example, we can say 'Td04's have proven to make 300rwkw on .AU dyno on an everyday tune now. (Hopefully )

i aint risking crap. Stays at 1.4bar. No way am i going through another rebuild. Prob pushing it hard enough as it is.
so its a rebuilt bottom end with stock sized pistons? and forgies or just normal tt pistons.....? you should crack 300rwkw from that list, all the best of luck today!:zlove:
stock insides. rods, bolts, pistons/rings, etc....all stock! Fuel pump stock too. Think its on its limit....Injectors peaked at 78% on the last dyno...so hopefully still stay under 90% duty today. MY guess is 322rwkw. Just to go one over wiz lol Id actually be happy just to break the 300rwkw. Might get it dynoed in 2nd....hahaha
See If you can get a chart showing RPM intead of speed on the x-axis. I don't see the point in a speed comparison. If you can get it in RPM you can tell more I think.
ice ice baby,, you should get it now , it is a bit hot out there , but try and see what it gets you , good luck and my the zed force be with you ........ i would say about 315 320 range, hope for more but yeah see how you go with it .... AND P.S DONT BREAK ANYTHING , IF YOU FEEL THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG JUST SHUT IT DOWN , PLUCK THE NUMBERS ......................................... now my little biach go do us proud.........
Hot day, yes you definitely picked the worng time of year for a peak power run. By the look of the previous chart, the AFR would have only needed to be leaned up ever so slightly to give you another 5KW.
Ah the joys of building reliable power! This is what it's all about, making X amount of power for 5 seconds on a dyno doesn't mean much. It's how long it will last with that power, I remember a certain other Z that is too afraid to be tested because of such a thing, might aswell be a 50rwhp scooter. I truly hope your setup rocks nuts now though and holds up. Got any vids?
Well apparently this setup will last. That is what i wanted from the get go. A reliable car. Not one of these 'Yeah i ran 300rwkw and had a 11sec pass...' then id dies 2 months down the track.... This will last me years.... I will be upset if i get any issues withing 2 years. Not like i thrash it every day, dont do burnouts etc....So yeah.... Shall take a vid of the dyno...
