KMS/L

    Hey all
    just wounding what sort of KMS every one gets off a tank???

    YES i do know its how you drive but hey just say. also what type of fuel you are using thanks

    I use 95 coz its an NA, average between 470-550 km's out of a tank around town, (yes agreed, depending how you drive it), and i guess if you've been on a cruise... it'd be up around the high 6-700's. I'll be testing mine out when we head up north next week.
    Heavytrevy uses 98 as its a TT, i think he gets about 4-450 and about the same on cruises.....

    im getting 9.5L/100km.. lol i drive a honda though... my zed is off the road..

    50L in my zed gets me about 500km with a slipping i mean slipped clutch

    and im using 98 vortex on my zed..

    find some1 in your area with a consult cable and get ur car scanned... the main problems with bad fuel economy is o2 sensors and det sensors....

    All good man :)

    Theres a few reasons that could be explaining your high fuel consumption - have you got an NA or TT?

    o2 sensors could be shot, theres a good write up on the tech section that explains high fuel consumption, causes here is the extract:

    I was getting less than 300km to a tank not that long ago but replaced o2 sensors and problem gone, now all i need is a tune... :rolleyes2:

    Can I use my o2's from the NA engine and put them into the TT engine ??? :confused:

    Yes I know buy new ones but if my stok ones are fine I dont see why I should buy new ones but ether way I just want to sus out my bad fuel consumption :)

    ADAMZX 2000spec Conversion

    Im getting around 500+ to a tank on my NA Auto on 91 unleaded doing mainly short city suburban street driving. Though ive never found out how far i can go as ive gone past empty on my fuel gauge just and no warning light has come on so i think ive got another 50 kms before i run out.
