    This would be my advice.

Buy yourself an X-pipe resonator from UAS. Buy yourself two mufflers that you really like. Take this stuff with your cats to an exhaust fabricator and get them to fab you up some mandrel bend 2.5" pipes and put it all together.

Without an X-pipe or at least a balance pipe it will sound crap. Think two 1.5 litre 3 cylinder engines. If you don't have at least some sort of resonator or hotdog in there it will be ridiculously loud as well.

Total cost your looking at somewhere between $1000-$1500 depending on what gear you buy.

    Good Luck

N1 is a muffler that Apexi make.

Straight through and very loud. Race car exhuast and nothing more in my opinion. I put one on a Skyline the other day, made nearly no difference to the noise compared to having no exhuast

I guess that the N* is a rip off of the Apexi.

    Yeah sounds good

But have you seen this? Sounds really good and this place has a nice reputation for being a good price aswell as awesome quality.

(First paragraph I read) is about their new merge pipe, apparently getting better results than the x-pipe.

On an NA you will not notice any difference in power between the UAS resonator and the sureflo merge pipe. Difference is that the sureflo one will be ALOT louder. Loud exhausts are good at the start but you get over them really quickly. I'd take the UAS one any day, I had one and it made a huge difference. Just make sure you get some good quality rear mufflers as well. As chrispy stated, most cannon style mufflers tend to do absolutely nothing in terms of noise reduction.
