Looked at the first image and thought: 'Jeez, that looks like a Mazda MX-5!' Then I read the caption, and it was, it was an MX-5! I see what you mean about the Vampire, though. Not a big fan of those headlights. Otherwise it looks pretty much like the current 350.
Hmm, who ever said the 350Z shape looked good enough to release another one like it? To me it just looks like a 350 with a wierd body kit that looks like it has muscles around the wheels. Maybe a little too boxy for me.
370Z I think the top pic looks great, makes it look a bit more 240ish with the longer bonnet.. but then the pic underneath reveals it to be a bit more snub-nosed like the current 350s. Looks good in the top pic...

yea the top one is heaps difrent the lights are more sharp and on a more diff angle and the rear samll window is a difrent shape....and things like that but b beter with the vent like the cream one on the side
don't they know how to style cars anymore? i can see M1 cues but that car is just the M1 made uglier. Then again, just about all new BMWs are butt ugly... why break the trend.
