After many hours of work, the time has come to release what has been a joy to own and a pleasure to drive.
I am 62 years of age, have too many motor vehicles at home and reluctently the Z must go.
Asking price is $11.000 unregistered. The reason for unregistered is I believe the control arms and caster rods will have to be changed back to original(which I have) and I simply don't want to do it.
I purchased the vehicle in Oct 2004 for $16,500 with a speedo reading of 78785 (yes, probably once upon a time stuff), drove it for a very short time and found that the motor was completely knackered and whoever owned it - didn't look after it as these machines should be.
In Oct 2005 the car went up on blocks and I began what you could call a rebuild with all of the following fitted:

    • Purchased & fitted an imported 1993 Z32 TT motor with genuine 93483 klms & compression tested
Auto gearbox removed and manual 5 speed with shortened gearshift fitted.
      New 1 peice tailshaft fitted
New Engine Mounts and Gearbox Mount.
New 100,000 Klm Service Kit Complete.
      New Hoses -all.
      New Water Pump and Thermostat.
      New UR Underdrive Pulley
Completely reconditioned Starter Motor and Alternator.
      New 02 Sensors
New Fidanza Alum Flywheel w/- UAS Clutch & Pressure Plate
New front & rear crankshaft seals
New Type 2 Power Transistor Unit
New PWR 40mm Radiator, hoses and alum bottom pipe
      New Alum Air Intake Pipes
New Lucas Brake Pads Front & Rear
      New Clutch Slave Cylinder
      New Oil Pressure Sensor.
      New Iridium Spark Plugs.
      New Heavy Duty Battery (08).
New and complete from turbo's incl high flow cats, 2.5 inch dual stainless exhaust and mufflers.
      New Apexi Pod Filter.
New Apexi Fuel Regulator and Pressure Gauge.
Suspension setup - Koni Shocks on King Springs with adjustable shocks on front - Front Caster Rods , Pillow Ball - Front & Rear adjustable Control Arms - Aligned by Fulcrum for track work.
New Unichip Engine Management with Boost Controller - last dyno was at 80,957 klms - 233.5 kw at .9 bar boost.
      New Turbo Timer.
      New Mongoose Security System.
New Clarion CD/Tuner/MP3 with Music Catcher which records CD's & MP3's - also new Rockford and Boston Speakers.
      New Lambswool front seat covers.
Floormats good condition as is the trim.
In addition I have a whole trailer load of spare parts incl an auto gearbox, engine block, heads, turbos etc etc.
I have a rear locking bar for removal of the rear rack & pinion.
I have a 2nd hand wing in as new condition.
Tyres a Goodyear Eagles which look about 70%.
      What's wrong or needs attention:
The heater coil decided to leak, as they all do, and I have bypassed it. In fact the AC does work OK albeit now manual.
If you are as fussy as me I would perhaps respray it, taking in the fitting of the new wing.
This is about all I can think of at the moment and I'm sure there's more.
I also have manuals which I have created during the rebuild.
If anyone is interested or needs to know more, then by all means PM me!!!
