I like black but silver is growing on me. I personally dont like the pearl white something like the new Ford A1 colour i think suits it, much more crisp and clean IMO, but each to there own, if the car's clean and well looked after without too much rice the zed looks good regardless of colour.
I always wanted a red one then I bought a silver one then I wrote it off and thought what color now and than I bought another silver one lol. IMO silver is the best followed by black and red, yellow is ok i guess
this is one of the stupidest threads of all time they made the car in different colours because people have different tastes. if it was best in "black" then nissan would have only made the car in the one color, black. its a personal opinion, buy what you feel comfortable with
Black = Too hot for our climate. Shows every speck of dirt, swirl marks, scratches, dust and bird poo. Mainly due to the fact it has the highest gloss factor of any colour. 98% from memory. It also can lower resale value because of the heat factor. Looks good as long as you're prepared to spend more time on your car than you are on your girfriend/wife/work/breathing etc etc. Red = Brilliant.....Nuf said
nissan did know black was the best colour, the first ever manufactured zed was black ....the rest of the zeds were made because there were some gay guys that worked in the team that wanted other colours hahaha :zlove:

I wax my red rock rocket weekly haha not really, but after i got my respray. yea i look after my paintwork big time not a fan after owning a black R33 GTST, i really found black a pain in the ass. i'd wash it almost every 2-3rd day
As hot as red looks.... in my family it tends to be badluck... 2 rolled red rally cars. broken leg and dislocated ankle on a red bike... the list goes on
Read this and you are a nanometer away to be a physicist.. Scientifically A white ZED absorbs frequencies of all visible light shining on it and emit all of them. A black ZED absorbs all the colors of the visible spectrum and reflects none of them. A 'red' ZED does not emit red light. Rather, it simply absorbs all the frequencies of visible light (remember RAY G BIV??) shining on it except for a group of frequencies that is perceived as red, which are reflected. A RED ZED is perceived to be red only because the human eye can distinguish between different wavelengths in the region of 350nm 750nm (about the size of protozoans) of violet to red. Three things are needed to see color OF A ZED: a light source, a detector (e.g. the eye or a camera) and a ZED, turbo or NA. Color VISION is simply a quality constructed by the visual brain and not a property of YOUR ZED. If the sun or any other soursce of lights gone today, your zed, no matter what colour, will be colourless. It wont be black because remember, to be black it has to absorb all visible lights and reflect none. For bright overall light intensity, the human eye uses three types of cones to sense light in three respective bands of color. The pigments of the cones have maximum absorption values at wavelengths of about 420 nm (blue), 534 nm (Bluish-Green), resp. 564 nm (Yellowish-Green). Their sensitivity ranges overlap to provide continuous (but not linear) vision throughout the visual spectrum. hence, the maximum efficacy is 683 lumens/W at a wavelength of 555 nm. What is the spectrum of visible lights that fall into that wavelength? Answer: GREEN. Now go out under the sun and compare between THIS ZED and THIS ZED and THIS ZED. Which one soothes your eyes more? That is your best colour, scientifically. I dunno.
White is the safest colour , apparantly . not that many people concider saftey when choosing a colour . .
