remus are good quality, i think a few forum members have a remus system or at least the back box. IMO they are a bit pricey though

  3. I have one

remus exhausts are made in Germany and very common in Europe.
I have one on my Zed and so have many other Z-drivers here in Holland, as these exhausts are a cheap (at least in Europe) replacement for the stock exhaust.
They are made of plain steel, except for the tips, so they rust just as hard as stock exhausts

the sound is very similar to the stock exhaust, still very quiet, just a little bit deeper.

If you want my advice: forget the remus and find yourself a nice stainless steel exhaust.

    Agree Remus is not cheap

But they are of high quality, deliver a nice note without turning the car into cop bait

agreed. from what ive heard they are aimed at increasing power and slightly changing the engine not without making it louder, really expensive though (in australia anyway) but if that style is your cup of tea (and i must say i would love a good remus exhaust) then go for it!

I have two dual tip remus mufflers

they sound good but the rest of the exhaust systme is stock at the moment, add on dump pipes, high flow cats, 2.5 inch pipe and I'll be laughing
