I pulled out all of my ignition coilpacks not the (spark plugs) so obviously i had to remove the balencer bar along the back.

any ways i start up my car and the revs go down to 1000 then a couple sec later 1500 then couple sec later 900 then 1000 and so on nuthing over 2000

any one now y this is unusial and its no its not the same as when the engins cold and the revs slowly drop. Also will this wrek the engine if i drive it like this

    cheers mike

    Could be CTS...

If the ECU isn't getting a signal from the coolant temp sensor, idle will be irregular.

Mine did the same thing. It was the CTS. Simple test, pull it out and if it now idles ok there ya go. Though it will probably idle high with it pulled out but it shouldn't hunt.

If it was running fine before you removed the balance tube, I would be looking at wiring around the cold start air regulator and the AAC valve. Three connectors in all most likely corroded. You can either clean and retention the terminals or better still replace them.

Another thing to check is the large vacuum hose that connects the balance tube to the cold start air regulator maybe split.

Had a similar problem, idle and a large flat spot,

replaced the O-rings on the balance bar ( 3 (three) of them and no further problem, also look for an small vacumn hose that is hard and has cracked consequently leaking. With the motor idling check all the hoses by trying to flex the hose in place, anychange in revs would tend to indicate a loose, broken connection
