Silver 1990 300zx NA - Canberra - $9000

Hey everyone,

The time has come to sell one of my babies. Went to the dark side last year and bought a Twin Turbo and I finally need to get my act together and pay it off?

Details are as follows:

- I?ve had the car for the past 3 years and I know the previous owner
- Always been garaged

Make/Model: 1990 Nissan Z32 300zx 2 Seater Targa

Engine/Aspiration: 3 Litre V6 NA

Odometer: Genuine 163,*** kms

Registration: Currently registered in Canberra until 01/07

Mechanical:
- Serviced every 5000k's or 3 month with receipts for pretty much everything
- 2.5? Cat-back exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers (too loud for my liking) and Hi-flow cats
- Uni Filter intake
- Replaced engine mounts
- Replaced radiator
- Replaced alternator
- Replaced suspension
- Always run on premium fuel

Exterior:
- TT style front bar
- Bomex? style rear wing
- 18? DTM Wheels with Falken rubber (wheels are pretty damn rare these days)
- The rear-end has some damage from a 4x4 reversing into me in a carpark - Some scratches and cracks in the paint - Can be seen in the photo below.

Interior:
- Trim all-round is almost immaculate, slight tearing on drivers seat from my belt
- Silver painted stereo surrounds and door trim (thanks Ascension!)
- Panasonic CD player with iPod attachment
- Kenwood 3 ways in the doors
- Customised back shelf with all the wiring setup for amp underneath (no amp tho)


Overall very well maintained car, looking for an owner who will love the car as much as I have. Its a perfect car for a younger Zedder, with all the looks, just not quite as much grunt!

If not sold soon, I will have to resort to carsales/ebay/paper, but prefer to sell to someone here.

The car got given a big hug by a 4x4 in a car park and hence needs a bit of spray work done on the back bumper... Taking that into account I think its a pretty decent price!

were the pics taken before or after the incident with the 4wd? if before do u mind taking pics of it now, if after do u mind taking a closer view pic of the damage? i am genuinely keen on the car but not sure if i can make it down to canberra that soon as im in sydney

photos were taken on Sunday. The 4x4 incident was a while ago

The 4x4 just squished in the bumper bar, which cracked some paint, took a chunk out of the spoiler and scratched a bit down the right rear quarter panel... All in one (or two or three) attempts at reversing out of a tight carpark spot... Didnt leave a note or anything.:bash:

I have had the damage quoted at about $700 to patch up and respray, which is pretty cheap.. I have taken this into account when pricing the car.

I can take some more photos of the damage when I get back from Melbourne?...

Mmmm taxpayer funded work trips... the best!

UPDATE - SOLD pending payment

Well guys looks like the Zed is now sold.

I have a buyer picking it up next weekend. Very nice guy.

Looks like the market is is still punishing us for owning these cars. I had to let my Zed go for $8000. I hope the new owner finds this a bargain!

I'll be letting him know about the website, so we might get a new member out of it!

I think i spotted this car on monday arvo on Windsor Rd North Parra in front of The Junction Shopping centre

 

nah car was in the shop in wetherill park trying to put on my extractors! unless he went for a cruise lol which i doubt cause k's seemed same and also fuel
