Is Nengun reliable shipper??

Wondering if anyone has bought or has some kind knowledge with this company...wanting to buy somethngs but a bit reluclant dont know much about them, they have some nice stuff and not over the top in price.

I found they were slow to ship, but you do get your goods (eventually)
