    Hello my fellow Z'ers
I?m in the middle of replacing my plenum. I am unable to remove the throttle bodies from the old plenum (I have bent allan keys trying). Any ideas or suggestions on what I could do.
    thanks.....

You don't have a socket set with allen heads in it? That's what I used when I removed mine and it was easy.

    Try the following

cut off a piece of that broken allan key about an inch, find a small socket ( something like 5mm, 5.5 whatever the size of the allan key is) and fit allan key in it, use rachet to unscrew it. I had to do a similar thing when removing the front water pipes.

I had to re invent alot of my tools for the zed engine.

    Good Luck!

For some reason Nissan locktite'd the throtle body screws in, can be a real pain to get out. Aggred with above, get stronger hex keys, you'll need them for your 100K anyway.
