Was it insured? As someone in the forum said, imported cars cannot be insured over here(or insurance companies dont touch imported cars)..
Imported cars can be insured over here probaby at least a couple thousand of us on this forum have imports and full comprehensive insurance... Not all ins companies will insure, have to shop around...
Apologies guyz....I am newbie and misunderstood the info...I was told that most insurance companies in Aus do not insure TT and imported cars...Guess whoever told that was WRONG....
Not a problem- the person who told you probably was declined by a couple ins companies in a row. Not all ins will cover imports
