doing a plenum pull in the next few weeks to have my injectors cleaned and tested. Once the plenum is off and the injectors out, what gaskets or o-rings will I have to replace. I'm trying to get a list together now so I can get the appropriate gaskets and have everything ready to go. Not sure if it matters, but I have no EGR and all the under plenum water hoses have already been bypassed...

    Cheers

From memory, I'm pretty sure the only gasket you need is the plenum gasket. Also injector O-ring set, and insuator set I believe.

    question....

the injectors will be placed into the fuel rail for me, so do I still need an o-ring set for the injectors? also, what exactly is the insulator set?? Sorry, this is my first plenum pull..:)

    Cheers

The lower injector insulator set (PN# 16635-10V10) is what the fuel rail sits in. You will probably want to get a set of these. The upper O-ring set (PN# 16618-10V05) & lower O-ring set (PN# 16618-10V00) I believe are all in the fuel rail so whoever is doing your injectors get them to install these too. It's been a while since I did mine but I'm fairly certain this is the case.

    yep this is correct.

so if everything is remaining attached to plenum (throttle bodies etc), you'll only need the upper/lower plenum gasket.

If doing the job properly, you should

replace the PCV and IACV pipes also.

Here's the full list I work from

    What parts are required?
Things you need to buy from COZ (conceptzperformance.com)

    Mandatory parts (part numbers included)

    PCV hose kit: Z32PCV-TT0289 x 1 - $59.00US
    PCV Valves: 11810-00002 X 2 - $16.00US
    IACV + Air Regulator 4 Hose Kit x 1 set - $ $ $66.28
    IACV to Plenum Gasket 23785 x 1 $1.53
    Upper Plenum gasket 14033-Z32PG x 1 - $7.98
    Injector insulators/o-rings:
    -16635-00003 x 6 @ $1.66ea
    -16635-00004 x 6 @ $3.06ea
    -16618-00001 x 6 @ $2.39ea
    -16618-00003 x 6 @ 1.27ea
    Large balance tube O-ring 14033-00005 x (2 req'd) @ $7.06
    Small balance tube O-ring 14033-00006 x 1 @ 5.1

Optional parts (I would recommend doing them but not absolutely critical)
    Hose-Heater, Inlet 300ZX 90-96 Code:92400-Z32HH Price: $10.83
    Hose-Heater, Outlet 300ZX 90-96 Code:92410-Z32HH Price: $10.83
If valve covers are leaking then intake cover gaskets

    Things you source locally
1M of 7.9MM high pressure EFI fuel hose $25
Injector ultrasonic cleaning and flow testing $150
    2M of 7.9mm water line for bypass $ 16.00
Vacuum line- 3 feet of 6mm vacuum line and 6 feet of 4mm - repco - (est $20)
Also worth renewing your injector/CTS/AAC/FIDC and Air reg wiring plugs (10x$7.00ea= $70)- Youcan get these from the injector cleaning guy)
Engine Enamel paint - for plenum and intake valve covers -hi-temp resistant ($15)

the balance tube/pipe O rings can be sourced

locally from ALLIED BEARINGS for around $aud 2.00 the lot ... specs:-

    2 x 34ID x 2.5mm.
    1 x 18ID X 2.0mm.

autobarn/s-cheap/repco do not carry these sizes as a rule ...

You might also want to consider taking off your cam

covers and resealing them in which case you will need the rubber inlet cam cover gaskets as your old ones if original will be quite hard. Also you may find a lot of black "gunk" in your manifold and might want to clean them in which case you could send them to an engine reconditioning place and let them use their bath but make sure they don't use a caustic solution. If you do this you will want to take off your throttle bodies (allen keyed bolts are hard to remove because of overzealous use of thread lock by Nissan (in my case anyway) and then you will need to buy two throttle body gaskets. Good luck with your task. Cheerz.
