Bloody Ebay I feel your pain dude, I have been ripped off 3 times this year. 1st time bought some aftermarket pedal and gearstick that "specifically made to suit 300zx". Bloke was registered in SA. Had 72 transactions, mostly sales, all 100% positive, running ebay store. Turns out he was really in thailand. None of the parts fit - even the thread on the gear knob was the wrong diameter. I asked for refund, and he said it was coming. I waited over 90 days (after 90 days you cant leave feedback), and then he said I would be getting no refund. He then left ebay a few weeks later and left no tracks. 2nd time bought vented grill (ala gonzo) from another ebay store, all positive feedback. Grill came bent, warped and cracked. I complain, he says no worries, send it back and the postal insurance will inspect it & we will send you the refund. Send him the grille. No response for weeks. Finaly replies that $ are on the way. A week later he leaves ebay. Cannot track him down. So he took my $, the grille, and the postage insurance $. I got fooked 3 times over. Which brings me to the 3rd time. Bought ipod from newish seller. Seller gets banned by ebay, so cant contact him through ebay. He emails me his mob no, I call, he assures me is all ok, ipod is on the way, etc. Ipod actually comes, but buttons do not work, everthing is in chinese, and get this - it was a fake! the software was not even ipod software. Guy does not answer phone and cant track him through ebay as he is banned. No more ebay for me.

I honestly do not have those papers anymore.(I wish I did). So I cant give you a figure. They were ported according to a stage 3 street/strip performance level. This is substansually more than stock yet completley streetable as it is still intended to work with stock valves which is the way it has been set up. Thanks. from memory it was about 40% higher flow compared to stock or something around there. i'll let u know if i find the paperwork, but its a real mess around the garage and shed atm.

I also inquired about these heads , his answer was short and incomplete. when you check his feed back he was slow on his last sale and was left a netural , i would contact that buyer 246kane as he might be able to give you some details like a return address on his package or anything else you can use to help. you could also add him to your favourites list so if he list something else you will be notifyed and then ask if you can veiw the item [ use a differnt ebay name ] then ask him for refund or heads . as he list Qld as his location ask some members up there for help ross
also forgot to add - if i have second thoughts about a seller - i usually as them for COD via post - even if the COD is extra on my behalf - the way i see it is, if they are really going to sell it and post it then anyone will do COD on request
Thanks for the info guys... i'll get back to a few of you via PM and see if we can track this guy down... I honestly think this guy is just a lazy young stoner.... he sounded really dense when i spoke to him on the phone and didn't get any straight answers from him... I'll try to get his details and we'll go from there if i don't hear back from him today. I don't want to stir up crap on the forums, I know this is not what it is intended for, so i aplogies to the admins however I'm running out of life lines... Thanks for the support guys, The neutral feedback wasn't on the listing when I won the auction, this came after and I have contacted every ebay member he has delt with, 2 of which said he was lazy and delivery took forever yet they still gave him posotive feedback! I thought, for the money, I may aswell get them and see how they were... Thought I might snap up a bargain but oh well, shit happens i suppose... I did have a funny gut feeling as soon as the money was sent, but well you live and learn... although... the fight isn't over yet... He was really surprised when I called...

go see him black baz roll up and see him, take the headers and give him the ol kneecap for timewasted if he puts up resistance then the ol piece of 2x3 box section in the boot might do the trick good luck
