    Hi guys:) ,

I am pretty embarrassed to ask what is probably the biggest Noob question of all time:eek: ...but where is the damn front windscreen fluid reservoir (the hole to pour the water to clean the windscreen). I can see the rear one fine but have no idea where the front one is!!! I looked in the owners manual (aussie version) but it just wasn't where it said!! I have a j-spec, so is it somewhere different for the japanese zeds? I even followed the line but it seemed to go down below the engine. I don't imagine it would use the rear reservoir, seems like alot of uneccessary piping for nothing. Can anyone clarify?

    Thanks, much appreciated!!!:) :)

if yours is a 2 seater turbo, then the reservoir is passenger side rear when you open the hatch.

    Thanks guys,

Yep mine is a also 2-seater j-spec and the only reservoir I could find is the passenger side/rear hatch one. I just figured they wouldn't run the pipes so far, but I guess they did!!! Thanks for the help!!!:D

    Well guys

On the convertible it is pretty much where you would expect it to be - under the drivers side headlight.
(At least there is a filler cap there with a tube dissapearing down under the light)

i asked the same question when i got mine as well, lmao, you can buy the little inline stoppers from nissan, i got 2 and they were $18 dollars each, instead of putting one in for each sprayer i just put one in the single washer line before it splits into two under the bonnet, hasn't leaked since, so for $18 it was a cheap fix because it used to shit me to no end after washing the car then the first time you drive it there is washer fluid all over the bloody bonnet.
    cheers

Yeah, me too (except I get red faced  )
Couple years ago on the way to Gilgandra for 1st Easter Zed Fest, we stopped at (somewhere) and because of the locusts, every one had been using their wipers/washers. I had a 5litre bottle of water in the back for just this reason and went round topping up every ones washer bottles. This was fine 'til I got to Blipmans 2-seater and looked under the bonnet in the front right corner behind the headlight and couldn't find a damn thing. They eventually told me it was in the rear of the 2-seaters (the ones I had filled to this point had all been 2+2s).
So I've never forgotten: 2+2 - engine bay right front behind the headlight; 2+0 - under the hatch, rear left corner.

    Don't you just hate it...

when you used the windscreenwashers while you're cruising around looking like gods gift in your zed, then some scott (little kid who jump's in front of cars, remember the TAC ad, "SCCOTTTYY!!!)... like i was saying, a Scot jump's in front of your car, and you have to
    1) Swear,
    2) and brake hard.

Don't you hate it when the washer jets ejaculate on your windscreen via inertia because the seal thingy in the pump was cactus..

    ..sorry quickzx, that's YOUR issue.

    I love tyres

While we are on the subject

does anybody know how to remove the washer bottle. Mine is leaking from the bottle so it will only ever fill up 1/4. Its at the rear under the hatch.
    Cheers Lee

Take off your interior boot trims (left side) and, there, in all it's glory, is your washer bottle. Replace or renew as desired!
