anyone dynoed their zed stock?

just wondering what the proven dyno reading is for a stock zed.

i know its 300hp (220kw) at the crank

 

My stock NA got 118.7 rwkw a couple of years back.

 

oh ok. lol. i forgot about the NA

any TT's been dynoed stock?

 

168.6 (auto with pod filter)

 

178rwkw stock apart from exaust.. but i think that is just cannons on the back.

 

And exhaust restrictors removed

Mine produced 165.4 pod filter and exhaust restrictors in place

My very first Zed TT manual..

it was as stock as you can get nothing was changed from factory except 18" wheels, Dynoed at 162rwkw

 

Curious, i got 162 with my boost running at 5-6psi (due to issues now resolved), what sort of gain would the full 9psi get me? (All I have is a pod filter and a Mines ECU)

 

Totally stock with flaring gearbox, boost leaks and several other problems I had around 148rkw (UAS dyno day).

UAS posted the results a while back.................the search button should help.

 

My zed with a crappy cat back exhaust did a 173kw at the rears on a very badly slipping auto box (the box died less than a week later).

I didn't start out with a bad base

 

I dynoed mine as Bog Stock

for comparison purposes.
160rwkw, that's stock ECU, Stock Airbox etc

 

Yes Greg, Our Dyno day showed all the stockers at about 165 RWKW, If I remember correctly

 

yeah. this was a direct copy from oz300zx.com. the search didnt help me there, so i followed it through. this place seems to be slightly larger than the other one though.

for the record, im yet another one of those 17yr olds wishing for a zed. seen a few around, been in a few rides, wasted countless hours researching problems and known issues, as well as the manuals and stuff. so i think its gonna be fun

i know of two TT 300zx's for sale in darwin now. both for $15,000 one had a lot of influence from UAS and the other is just rice (veilside bodykit, nismo-tuned)

 

Best bet would be to buy from a respected forum member who can provide you with the cars history. Failing that get a forumer to check out the car.

Consider ScottZ Z. It's not in darwin but is an excellent example of a Z. It is currently at 15k ono.

 

i dyno'ed my Z stock when i 1st got it...came up with 135-ish rwkw

at the time i had busted o2's, exhaust was all rusted n full of holes but everything else was fine.

but currently im installing a full exhaust and fixing the o2's amont other things and after all is done ill dyno again, see what i get

Can the o2 sensors affect your power output ? because i only made 157.3rwkw stock. but now with the exhaust and pod I'm making about 174rws i would love to see what i would make once i get the injector connectors fixed and a set of working 02's
