styling cars just like any other company is... Go look at the yanks they dont know what to do anymore... So they get an old school car and style it and make it look like its a new type car... By what was said its not alot being done anyways... Up the power which most companys do anyways and give it abit of a face lift nothing too over the top...

looks good IMO, the skyrine that's coming out in 08/09 is on my to-buy-list. Hopefully I have finished uni by then lol
i reckon the skyline looks good too, in fact it looks quite similar to the Z32 which is by far the best looking nissan ever bulit, i can't understand why they didn't continue developing the Z32 design and the TT motor
it kinda looks like a newer, wide body crx. i wont be happy until they bring out a turbo model again, cause na sucks
Because the Asian Economic Crisis of the late 90's basically killed every Japanese performance car line-up. The Japanese auto industry has in the past few years started to fully recover from the crisis and its why we're now seeing more and more speculation on the return of "Hero" cars such as the GT-R, Supra, RX-7 and more.
Don't take too much notice of concept design drawings, especially if the launch is over 2 years away. Holden's VE Commodore designs did not look even close to the finished product.
ok that 350z is ugly as, second that supra looks weird and the tail lights look like the V35 skyline Nothing is original anymore, all they do is take something from someone else, change it slightly and market it.
Supra looks awesome...and a 5.0 litre V8 only makes it that much better. Hopefully the 350 goes through some more evolution before they churn it out because whilst the current model is the closest thing Nissan has to sex on wheels at the moment..those spy shots look like...well sh*t.
Evolution? Bring back the Z32 shape and shit all over both of them. Having said that and comming down to reality. If I had to lay down my hard earned cash I would go with the Supra @ this stage. I said it before and say it again. The 350Z needs a serious make over from the current shape. I wonder if any Nissan stylists ever look at this site. Peter
The look of the current 350 is growing on me. When they drop to 20K I can see myself getting a convertible, whacking on a turbo or two and having some fun. The Supra looks pretty cool. I'm guessing the V8 will be N/A. What is the deal with no turbo's? (both the 350.... RX8..... and this new supra) Do the ppl that buy these cars when new shy away from turbo's?
The 20b didnt have a turbo because they were having issues with the motor... But who knows maybe company's dont want to turbo everything... But the 350 would go pretty good with the twin turbo setup tho...
Perhaps it's an issue with emissions compliance? The rules are becoming more and more stringent these days, it also might be the fact that people would shy away from petrol guzzling turbo's...plus the fact that a well built and tuned V8 is going to be able to provide a much user friendly power delivery.
