oh god no.................. your comparing a true supercar (ferrari) to a tarted up skyline - that every pimple faced 21 year old drives? True the performance is there in the skyline but even the z (or whatever alphabet they decide to use) tune looks just like any 18k run of the mill skyline.
well prices for the base model r34 GTR start at around $55-60k for a used one, and not in the best of conditions, going all the way up to $90k for v spec variants.. then i dare say about $25k in modifications has been put into the z tune.. the car itself is worth $100-110k easily. no pimple faced 21 y.o's drive these cars. I'd still take the ferrari though.
That Z-Tune Skyline is faster than Lambo Mucblahblah (Cant spell it), BMW M5, BMW M3 CSL, Porsche 911 Carrera S on the track aswell. But i'd pick a F50 GT and F40 anytime because there the only Ferrari's i like.
if i was to go out and drag everyone it would be the skyline.. to cruise in it would def be the ferrari
Keep your rice and your hairdressers cars, for 200K i'll have a nice Cayman S and change to spend on the women that flock to it. But I have to admit that's a nice R34..must be something about "Z"-tune. :zlove:
sorry but.... I would go a european supercar over a skyline or other jap import any day of the week.... the skyline is a great car...... but thats it, its an expensive Nissan Skyline.... If I was in a position to afford a ferrari, porche, lambo or other really high end euro cars I would always choose them.... people just automatically assume that the "faster" car is always the best..... silly.... Cheers
What sounds better to say to yourself??? 1. I drive a skyline 2. I drive a Ferrari To me, I'd rather be saying #2.
id definitely go the ferrari im getting so bored of jap cars , i realy want non turbo car for once but its just never happens its just to hard to beat the performance and value turbo jap cars, but 200 000 on a skyline what a waste
There is no way i would ever compare a 34 to a ferarri... Just wanted to post a pick of the most over price skyline ever....
i dont know guys you will only get a C class Ferrari for 200K, the skyline keeps up with, and beats A class cars. actually, personally i think the new GTR skyline with enough mods to value it at 200K would be the go. its all about performance for me.
take the z tune It actually only cost 170,000AU or 120,000AU or something and there were only 20 made. It does the quater mile in like 10.6 or 10.06 seconds and the suspension system alone is worth over 20,000 australian dollars. That car is a machine and i personally think it looks better then most ferrari's, especially in the flesh.
once again.... who cares how quick it does the quater mile?? Its a Nissan.... a very exceptional nissan but still a nissan.... I'd go a ferrari or porsche any day of the week... but who knows, thats just me.... Cheers
That GTR R34 Ztune is the only one in this country. There is only 20 built, thats all they made, each owner is registered at Nismo for any spares. The car was brought in by Powerplay Imports in Sydney and those shots were taken last Friday at Oran Park. I was going to head out there to represent the Zeds, but opted for Eastern Creek instead. Personally, I think that it's sex on wheels!
how could you say that its "still a nissan" asif it was a bad thing Do you only love your Z for the "bang for your buck" factor. Personally i would drive any GTR over a euro car of the same era just because i love GTR's. I also agree, its not all about performance.
