Ok, We had 19 cars/owners, there were throttle body cleans, BOVs repaired/refurbished, multiple datscans of computers, several oil changes, at least 2 leak tests and repairs, and spark plug replacements, new brake pads etc. Many items of group buys were picked up - and I think it was great the way people who knew what they were doing really helped people like me to see how to get stuff done ourselves - thanks very much It was great to see several people again from Coona - but even better to meet others who I only knew from the forum threads. Also several dozen sausage sambos, 1/2 doz fried eggs, 1/2 kilo of fried mushrooms and about 2 doz cans of coke consumed [ unfortunately I brought/catered 5 doz - oh well] I am currently downloading 71 photos, once I get rid of the numberplates, and faces of the floozies that some members bought instead of their "significant others" [ expect hard copies delivered by post along with demands for $ in the next few days] I will post it all up. I hope everyone I led to Bells line of road did actually find their wayhome.

Re New and Old In case anybody was wondering I am the "new" or young man on the right hand side ;^) . Anyway excellent day - certainly worth the trip up from Wollongong. New things learnt, welcomed food and great company. Thanks to Geoff (and of course Virginia) for going to the trouble for us all. Very pleasant venue - no shortage of space - ideal site for a tech day. The rain was only a slight hinderance on an excellent day (they need the rain up there anyway so we coast people were glad to bring it with us). Cheers. Clive.

Heres Pete doing brake maintenance on a total strangers car !!!! Pete drove 2+ hours from the central coast to get there, and beat me there, helped me set the furniture all up, and made the utimate sacrifice and left the Z at home and packed his commodore to the gunwhales so that he could bring all his tools up for the day, including his custom ramps that were the envy of us all, about the only thiong he didn't have was an oxy and a mig - he even fixed the "hens" electric fence tester - so i do not have to put a naked appendage on the wire to check that the damn fence is working every damn morning [ had to do it again this morning this morning - which is why my hand was still shaking and the picture out of focus] - Thanks Pete
Tech Day Another successful tech day, weather wasn't to good but it still didn't stop us getting the work done. Spent most of the day on Ashers car doing brakes, plugs, throttle body clean and a lot of general tidy up, nice car just needs a lot of TLC, left him with a list of must fixes, Thanks to Geoff for putting on the day, Venue was good, food was good, company as always was good. Thanks to Caz for the new bits an pieces, also thanks to Pete for his help. Good to see some new faces along. see you at the next one.

Awesome day!! Great day, great food, great people. Whoever's idea it was to mix mushrooms with the onions is an absolute genius!! Was great to catch up with people from Coona and meet new faces (especially Ruby!!!) wish i didn't open my bonnet though. Ignorance is bliss... now i have a few "must fix"'s aswell... and so it starts... Thanks for all your efforts in hosting the day, Henpecked!!! and it was great to finish the day with a scenic cruise of Kurrajong!!!
