considering my first car was a clapped out Hillman Hunter for $600 followed by ten or more cars progressivly gaining more horsepower.

The Bluebird is in great condition with those sexy SSS badges and decent performance. No turbos for her just yet - she's only 16. She's excited that she's in the Nissan family and that's pretty cool.

    What was your first car?

    red32 You talkin' to me?

My first car was a 1948 Morris Oxford, Rough, but it got me around

I was a year older than the car. 1.5L flathead 4cyl 4-speed (that's crap... 2-speeds, slow and stop). It died when I tried to race a FB Holden and broke the crankshaft.

But I did lash out and buy this for my daughter as her first car

Eunos 30x, based on the Mazda MX-5. Sweetest little 1.8L V6 Miller-cycle engine. Quite docile unless you give it a vigorous stir. And it's RED
