Finally got the seats home last night minus the headrests, but now i can go for a drive tonight. Fisrt time in 4.5 weeks. Got to the uholsters last night at 8 pm and stood over him for three hours while he finished them.

 

what custom interiors are a sport now:LOL:cant wait to see them im thinking

of getting mine done very soon and would love to see the finished job

I just dropped mine off today to get redone, after many hours of removing all parts and trying to remove the old glue it's finally ready to get redone :zlove::zlove:...im excited

cost bout $1700 but that incudes the trim too

and all the leather and vynal for the trim.

 

No kit crap all custom.

I did have a trim kit for the panels but it was too small and wouldn't stick so I bought new stuff that they have used b4. And that didn't stick, contact adhesive wouldn't work, so they ordered special glue, give it another go next week. So for all those with the crapy trim kits it may be the panels themselves making it hard to stick, aswell as the vynal.

not sure about the colour scheme, but i suppose i can't judge until it's all finished.... trim, etc should balance it all out and look great! :thumbsup:

Hey Macman21 is your trim vinyl and seats leather??, how much did it cost you to get your seats done??

Im only getting my trim done will cost me $1000 for vinyl seats...will hopefully be getting my trim back tomorrow or monday, i know the bloke said a few parts have been done

i finally resrayed mine and they look nice and black now ...

 

I only resprayed them bout 3 weeks ago

when i bought new plastic grills for the windscreen and i just though why not paint the lot all at once. The guy who did the seats also asked was i sure about the black head rest. The reason i didn't want it in grey was because it makes the seat look taller, which i didn't want.

 

trim is vynal and seats leather yes

I would guess bout $1300 for the seats and i payed $300 for the vynal so.
$1300 for seats in leather
$500 for trim in vynal

 

just for those interested, in the pics

if you look carefully you can see i have only treated the seats with the wax, the head rests have not been treated in the pic. You can see how much nicer it looks, and their softer too.
