Hi guys. Recently had a wanted thread re some interior trim. Was contacted by zed owner who said he had the gear for me. Gear was from 2 seater and as i have a 2+2 i asked him to measure the component to ensure it was the correct part. The owner assured me he had measured it and he assured me the parts were identical. Well guess what, the parts arent identical and dont fit. Now the seller has gone very quiet, wont answer text or PM's. Should i out them for lacking ethics or for just being nasty towards a fellow zed owner. Regards

Most definitely My dealings have caused me to keep a "black list" of members I won't buy from or sell to again.
stick their name up here ... Just don't be nasty about it, It may have been a genuine mistake (but doesn't sound like it from what you've said) and there may be a genuine reason they are not replying to you (another unhappy Zed owner may have already had Fate go around and take care of them).
Give them some more time - they may not be checking messages, (try email?) THEN out them but do it nicely, it might be a legitimate mistake.
Im with zed4life give them a bit longer,but let them know you wont stay silent about this if you cant work things out:thumbsup:as more of these cars are on the road there will a few more dodgy buggers . We saw in a post a few days back where a blinker was stollen and it is only of use to a fellow 300 owner:angry:

i, too have an ongoing issue with a known seller of zed parts on this forum ... it has been going on for months .. i have given him every opportunity to resolve the situation .. have had unmet promises, advoidance, tall tales ..the lot .. will not wait much longer ..( yes, cliff ..you do know the individual ..but don't give it away,yet .. i am hoping that this may provide him the decency to meet his undertakings ..!!!):thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:
