    Hamete chodai

I've got a book of Japanese street slang with all sorts of useful phrases such as "Where can I find a hooker? My girlfriend has small breasts and I'm horny" and other day to day conversational pieces.... it's great to try them out on the guys I deal with at work.

One day I was flipping through and saw "Hamete chodai" which translates to "F$#@ me!". So, naturally I thought this to mean something along the lins of "wow that's surprising!". One day I was speaking to one of said Japanese guys who told me something outrageous of some sort, so I thought now's my chance and said "Hamete chodai!". There was a long pause, then he said "That means please have sex with me". I interpreted "F#$% me!" the wrong way :D
