Rear bottom skirt Its a nissan 25th anniversary bottom rear skirt. Stillen can supply them. But if u want to buy them genuine from nissan, u have to supply nissan with a VIN number of a 25th anniversary to get the part.
Stunning mate...absolutely, plus I'd be ditching the dining room table for that engine bay...no seriously, it's a fair wack cleaner and better looking than my dining table. I'm torn tho, between loving that rear bar or not... But looks fan-tiddly-astic :zlove:
Simply Beautiful! The way Aussie Spec's Should be !! Its a credit to restore a car to Mint Factory Origional... with some little refindments!
Tacky pedals. Hi Barry, The point about those pedals, is that they ARE NOT the "tacky clip-ons" that you(and I) find distasteful. Like everything that Joe has done on his car, they have been done properly, and tastefully, and using quality items. Nothing on this car is a compromise. BTW mate, the "ugly Bast#rd" comment was in reply to J4Play, and was in jest. I'm sure you're a ruggedly handsome devil.(and you drive a Midnight Blue Zed. What have I done?:embarrassed: You have my apologies.):zlove::zlove:
Yep they did, and couple of days ago i bought one.. off Ebay from a member here!! Cant wait to install it, fell in love with the valance after seeing joes at the cruise. Will post pics as soon as its on:zlove:
It certainly doesn't look like your UGLY avatar. I guess someone has to like Commonwhores and Rex's.:zlove:
Looks great! Very neat & clean mate, congrats! Are you going to put some side-skirts on to finish the over-all look? Love the rear bumper.
Lucky you ... I would have been bidding on that and the rear wing if they had been for a 2 seater :|:|:|.
Thanks mate - everything's cool. I am looking forward to talking.. ..to you some more as my plans to develop my car take shape. I appreciate how you went about building your engine. Some of the posts on the other thread remind me of my ill spent youth on hot Holdens. While all the impatient types were shaving heads, bolting on the SUs and regrinding camshafts, the smart ones started by installing a stronger crankshaft, main bearing supports, sump baffles, billet steel flywheels etc, etc, none of which produced a single extra horse. Cheers Barry :zlove:
Tacky Pedals Angrybear - I bought some of those 'Tacky Pedals' from TTZ for my yellow Zed. Cost me $199 plus delivery. If I had known you would think they were 'Tacky' I would have bought more expensive ones!!! For info, they are not fake pre-drilled, they are from the 350Z and have circular rubber grips protruding from the alloy. They are a direct replacement pedal. Perhaps you haven't seen them before.
totally spurious post now there's a true linguistic double-bind Chilli ! how can he be expected to do this without reading the advice absolutely true Barry, now with just a few more constructive comments from other forum members, we could possibly narrow the list of the possible causes down to something we can fix !!!
Here is another one from the Kangaroo Valley cruise in January. It rained that day. Joe, how long did it take you to clean the car afterwards ? Cleaner than a brand new car in the showroom.
