    RE: Concept Z Performance

Email them first regarding shipping costs as it will be slightly higher than what is on their site - considering we are in Aus. But it's not that much higher.

My package (The '99 model tail lights) were delivered to my front door via courier. I didn't have to pay any taxes or anything. The price of the item + shipping to Aus is all I paid. :)

And as mentioned earlier, they respond to your emails very quickly and also know exactly how much shipping costs are etc. Very helpful and very easy to buy from.

Give them a shot...within a week you'll have what you ordered and at a cheaper price.

Prices on their site are in US dollars. If you want to know how much it is in Australian, go here:

    Currency Converter

Hope that helps and good luck!

    TTzed.....

I have bought alot of thing from Simon and have not had any problems. Emails arent ALWAYS the best way to communicate, sometimes you have to make a call! I always do now and if i cant get in touch with Simon i leave a message and he calls me back(saves me money).

Secondly, TTzed is Simons 2nd business and it was made to help aus300zx members to obtain parts which were either hard to source and to make them cheaper for you guys.

The fact of life is sometimes you order things which if unavailable will be back-ordered CAUSING A DELAY.

DVIOUS....if you ordered something and you have been waiting for 3 weeks how hard was it to make a phonecall? It only takes a few minutes.

A test?:thumbsdown: i will not even comment on that as this post will be deleted.

Good luck with your shopping i do hope others accept COD.

    Max:thumbsup:

    I Agree

I have ordered a few things from Simon now and have always been informed of backorders and have recieved the goods in a timely fashion.

Have also posted queries from the website and have had replies from them too.

Simon has always got me the parts i needed

Yes he doesnt get/check emails that often, so whats the next best thing for you to do? Call him, if that fails call again. If your not willing to compromise and get over the fact that he is hard to contact then go somewhere else. Simple , but I'm sure the reason why you decided to buy from ttzed in the first place was because prices were cheaper or other shops didn't stock the part.

    I have bought from TTZED

since owning my zed (3 years) and have never had a problem. I call him, leave a message, he calls me back, i tell him what I want, the goods arrive within a few days.... The prices are good, simon is always very helpful and as such i have no need to go elsewhere unless simon cant get what i'm after....

for other members, seriously, the only way to contact simon is via phone.

    Cheers

    Re: TTZED

I have bought from Simon with no problems.

I have purchased numerous times(unifilter, rad cap, intake hose kit and then later driving/fog lights), all times the parts arrived next business day.

I have also phoned and spoken to Simon on a few occasions. We have had discussions at great lengths about the car. He doesn't mind taking the time to offer advice either.

One day he was able to dig me out of the crap over the phone when the people who fit my body kit miswired my brakelights, front indicators, and lost my ambient air temp sensor.

I guess no one can be perfect all the time, but by my experience, Simon has been a great bloke.

well this may be all true...

I am just annoyed that, even if the items I ordered are not avaliable, it is nice to be notified of that fact. Thats all! "Web based shopping", would thrive if prompt service and communication was given between buyer and seller.

maybe simon should make ttzed his 1st business,

by the sound of things he has lost alot of potential customers by not responding.

Happened to me before christmas when I ordered $800 orth of software.

As said before put your order in then always ring Simon he will return

your calls , I have brought quite a few pieces from Simon over the last 3 years , the last being a $10 piece for a waher valven not much profit in that and he returned may call to a mobile to ask how I wanted sent by express post or ordinary mail. In providing that service he lost his profit and has kept another satisfied customer. He is also prepared to provide technical advice of the item you are buying So stopping bitching about delays and ring Simon. It only takes a few minutes. MIKEA

I doubt that will ever happen.....>>

Simon's main business is a multi million dollar data cabling company with around 10 staff, TTZ was just a hobby created to help zed owners get access to a wider range of parts at a better price. It is now well out of control and takes up far more of his time then the small profits (when there are profits) warrant. Calling Simon and leaving a "detailed" message is always the best way to deal with him, and since he doesn't always update his website every second day it is also a good idea to ask if the web price is the best he can do, you may be suprised.

simon has 2 or 3 zeds

is he waiting for parts, if he dosent have the time to run ttz as it should be,he should instal one off his drones, from sector seven, so buyers might feel a
bit confidant when ordering. automated conformation
then nothing, after ringing and mailing intensity
fails to get a response, all thats left is, get ripped off buy nissan, or places like conz.

    I have used TTZED...>>

website to purchase Z32 parts for years (since it started) and buy many $1,000's worth each year. The service is great and very much appreciated (and I have never had any problem...will be using it again soon). Simon usually calls me when he has sent the goods and has occasionally checked if they arrived.

    Cheers

TTZED Service or Lack there of.

The lack of customer service i am receiving from TTzed is utterly shocking. They are impossible to get a hold of, don't reply to emails and after leaving several messages and emails i still have no idea what the status of my order is. As a custoemr it should not be up to me to continually have to chase up whats going on.

It has been a whole week now and still no goods.

I now wish i had not wasted my time and gone elsewhere.

I understand a lot of you have had excellent service from TTzed but as a first time customer it has left a VERY sour taste in my mouth and will be thinking twice about repeat business.
