All this talk of cruises makes me wanna go for one now! Seeing as I missed the this weekends and the fact that I couldn't drive me car for 3 days has made me wanna go out for a decent spin. anyone wanna organise a cruise I'll be there...

Hi Franz .... What's the root cause? .... Franz, This is a support vote for Franz. I first met you (and the only time) at Cooma on the Talbingo (nee Snowy Mountains) cruise organised by KEZA (thanks again Kerry). Hope you paid the fine!! (both of you). With your personality, I'm very surprised that people aren't naturally attracted to go on cruises. You WA people certainly have a good representation on the forum, so I am surprised about problems with turn-up on cruises. I would encourage WA members to post about what they want. I don't know what the lack of motivation is Franz, but if you can find the switch, I'm sure with your climate, you could have some of the best cruises ever. I'm in ACT, and it gets cold at times, but the people here turn up regularly to catch up, have a look at eachothers mods and changes, and generally share a common interest (no brainer for what that is). This is a support post for Franz, but I'm sure that if he can find the "button" or theme that will cause Z people to want to get together in the west it will be a great get toghether. cheers, Peter
I 'm not able to get onto the forum as often as I would like and >>> The only reason I didn't show up was 'cos I only read about it on Friday for the cruise on Sunday, I had previously organised to meet some family friends from down south in Rockingham Sunday arvo. For me it just wasn't enough time to get my s#@t in a stack, I checked to see what day the notice was posted .... seems it's done a mandrake and disappeared, so don't be too discouraged Franz ... we all still like ya
Not sure Peter... Cheers for the kind words. I'm not sure what it is Peter; everyone wants to do something but then nobody ever comes through and does anything. Seems as though everyone is just all talk. You're right; if people do decide to come out it should be alot of fun. I don't live in hope anymore. If somebody else organises something, I'll be there, but I'm not going to live with the frustration of organising something that ends up being a waste of my (and Risk cos he's always there too) time. For the record; I paid my fine straight away; I don't want that following me home!
Fair Call I am guilty of not showing up to cruises but my zed is currently in the shop. I will try my best to attend a cruise once I have it back. Should get a good turn out for the music vid tho!! nissansilvia.com often have open cruises - may not be everyone's style but at least gives u a chance to cruise with guys who appreciate good cars, normal turn out 30+ cars. Most are nissans anyway too that show up.
Theres at least 2 cruises every weekend in Perth... ...of which Im normally at least on one of them. Going to other cruises doesn't help numbers on zed cruises tho.
I would go to a zed cruise over any other If they were on at the same time, I just haven't been available for the wa zed ones. Have been on a few nissansilvia.com ones and have always been the only zed.
