I brought back the WORST paint fade I've ever seen Now she's a mirror Never give up, never surrender! Ben
reminds me of my zed after it had been on the docks in japan for 4 months, and in australia for 3 weeks more  Nice Job
Good job Ben Amazing what rubbing compound can do,and a lot of elbow grease. hard work but you look at the finish
Now just think of what your zed could look like if you gave it the same attention??.. How long will it last??? My sigma bonnet is badly faded, and with some good polishing steps I can make it nice and shinny again. But after a few weeks of rain and sun, the shine goes, and the dullness returns..
That's strange it should last. I actually did that polishing about 6 weeks ago (only just found the pics again) and it's still fine. Ben
There was no great skill to it I just used a cutting compound which did most of it, then a regular polish to give it some extra shine. Ben
Oh really? Which part of Poland are you from? arf arf oops sorry. It's an old joke but makes me larf. Still, you always knew poms were weak in the head. BTW your silhouette (not really but you know what I mean) 3 model sig is v and I mean v stylish. Can I ask you to post it to the UK forums? Or I will if you don't mind.
Cut&Polish I use Kitten cutting compound then liquid cut&polish finish of with liquid wax.You will find most paint fade occurs on bonnet, roof, boot. Takes time using cutting compound as you have to put it on with a damp cloth only do small square at a time, then use cut&polish to take of any risdue from the compound finish 2 coats of wax.Stand back and admire your work!!!After having few beers and getting your breath back.
