I've got a loan car that I can hardly see out of. Is there a solvent or something that I can use to remove the bubbled tint. I've got a scraper but I'm hoping that I don't have to use that alone. Thanks IA,
    Evan.

    methylated spirits

make sure you dilute it with lots of water. and make sure none of this mix touches the paint or your skin.

Heat the glass with a hair dryer, and the

tint will tend to peel off in large bits rather than small bits. You'll need to give it a start with a razor blade, then carefully peel it off. It will leave some/most of the glue behind though, depending on how old and how hot it is. This can be removed with metho, or acetone - be careful you don't spill any acetone on the paint or trim though.

Acetone is messy stuff but it works

Makes a mess of ANY plastic it touches though, so be careful and be prepared for lots of scraping and rubbing.

    Agree with DUB, Also,,

if you use acetone it might pay to apply some heavy duty contact over the plastic directly below the window so as to avoid splashes
