The story ..... :x Caught up with the boys for the cruise that RiskZ organised for Saturday at Kings Park, cruised up into the hills, basically having a good time then the entity's presence became apparent. We came to a T intersection, I was bringing up the tail of the group, went around the corner in second gear (no cars around at all `cept the group) I gave the Zed a squeeze on the throttle, expecting a chirp from the rear wheels, next thing I know I was facing the wrong way with the Zed stalled !!! Now I've pushed my Zed in all conditions and on the track so I generally know what to expect from given circumstances, however looping the Zed thru 180 was NOT expected. :s Somewhat embarrassed I started the Zed and went to drive off ....... She wouldn't move and at the same time I became aware of a red light on the dash illuminated .... At first I thought I must have done some harm but ... what's this the handbrake is on ???? mmmmmmmm ... asked the bride sitting sweetly in the passengers seat if she had by chance steadied herself by grabbing the console as we went around the corner, (and inadvertently grabbing the handbrake .. after all it's got a nice handle to hang on to ! ), she insists that she calmly sat in the seat and held on to the video camera. Now I'm pretty certain that I didn't pull the handbrake on, so the ghost has made it's presence felt. No I'm not looking for an excuse to compensate for my poor driving skill in this particular instance, I accept full responsibility as I was, after all the steerer at the time, however I'm just trying to figure out what the hell happened. Did Nissan release the Zed with an Auto handbrake ? I mean everything else in the car has advanced features .. why not the handbrake ... just a thought :+)
Unfortunately due to the above I lost sight of the cruise group and missed out on the rest of the fun ... ahh well next time . Thanks Andrew for the tour thru the hills, woz great !! 8D
we were wondering were you went!! we were looking for ya.... and you never caughtup.... so assumed you had taken off darn! we could of seen the 180!! heheheat least theres no damage...::Risk::
Me tooo firts it blew the head gasket, then the tow truck blew a flat, then we couldnt get an engine then the camshaft went thaen the TPS went then the collant was orange/brown then the oil was black water then the Heater hoses went then the PCV valve elbow disconnected maybe I should stop ill get angry again lol :YD up the Zeds

No Not SARS just PMS (longish) a very prolonged period of PMS :x get this my ( its backs Zcars "Zeds know " claim ) my Ex girlfriend realy did me over with sleeping with my best mate, asking me to buy all this stuff then stealing it off me ect,ect , broke up with her 2 months later everything is back to normal we are friends I now have a new car (Z) her best mate a good friend of mine requests that we pick my Ex up to go out with us as soon as I said Yes (immediately) the car begins to overheat and the idle goes up to 3.5000 rpm NRMA was called after we stopped he could not find anything wrong with it, got it home towed next day she was all fine again ( completely true story, no Bullsh^t )im real careful who gets in my Zed now :s as she obviously hates the sound of my Exs Name
I cruised down to Albany highway >>> couldn't find youse, so I did a u-we and went back up brookton, couldn't spot yas so headed home, I was disappointed that I didn't have ya number. No damage as the Zed spun around on it's own axis and stayed in the correct traffic lane. Me thinks the the handbrake contributed to the spin pivoting on the front wheels.
Ahh, the Jealous Zed Syndrome > I seem to recall a few stories over the years about Zed's acting funny around females they don't approve of! %( 8-}
