Engine Slingers

    As it looks like I am going to have to rebuild my engine.

    Can someone please advise me where I can buy (or borrow) some engine slingers from.

    I’m in Melbourne

    You might be able to get them through a Nissan dealership.
    Engine Slingers Part No's. 10006-30P10 & 10005-40P10.
    Although Coz has one of these listed as discontinued, so there isn't much point in getting one if you can't source the other one.
    He also has a couple of Ramey Z slingers available that would probably be easier to use than the Nissan items.

    I think it was Rob selling some recently...

    But there are many ways to skin the cat (or eff it, depending...)

    I've used seatbelts under plenum runners and also chain bolted via the plenum brackets

    Thanks for the advice on the Ramey Z slinger, I’ll see what it will cost including shipping.
