ECUtalk not working help plz "Newkleer"

Hi everyone, my ECUtalk stopped working on the way home on Friday.

It's displaying message on the screen.

""COULD NOT CONNECT""
""GOING TO MAIN SCREEN""

I could not understand why it's doing that, I assume there is power going through that how it's displaying message.
And I also check the switch where it's connects to the car.

Can somebody or ""Newkleer"" help me plz.

 

Check that the consult plug has not had the terminals come loose. It plugs in above the accelerator pedal area. The power ones maybe making contact but one of the data ones could have slipped out.
