testing altia rear panel

    looks like i have came across a altia rear panel
    no inverter or wiring tho.
    is there anyway to test if the panel any good. can i just put 12v to it and it should light up or am i missing something vital !!

    pmac Z,, IT'S COMPLICATED!!!!!

    Should be ok to throw 12v on it if it just has standard bulbs.

    need an inverter to test. Putting 12v on the wiring will do sfa
