AAC on 90% at idle

    dont use the disco smoke machine, will leave shitty oil residue all through the engine that smoke is just burnt oils

    Fixed!

    the smoke machine was a great success ! pumped the engine full of smoke and smoke started coming out from behind the headlight,
    Turns out that this intake pipe was not only loose but all most disconnected!
    no idea how since I didn't go any where near it doing the plenum pull, makes me wonder was it like that since I got it :confused:

    Anyways its pretty good now, will need to be dyno tuned,
    Only thing is when letting it drop from 5k revs it will drop down and almost stall, and it did stall on me when I did some hard breaking to pull into my driveway . Will look into that but atleast shes running now :D :D

    That is most likely your AAC in need of adjustment -glad you're making progress.

    so am I , very relived :D

    atm the aac is wound all the way in , and it was idling still a little high . will play with it a little more

    Well done. I would be interested to know where you pumped the smoke in. It sounds like a test every Zed owner should do.

    Glad I could help ;)

    Now that i look back at your ecu talk screen the afm reading is a little jumpy/off. Hard thing to pick tho.

    haha yes big help , thanks!

    the afm numbers have stabilized now , ill keep an eye on it tomorrow
