Can any one provide a method on how to test the Air mix servo's on the heater box.

I am getting voltage to the servo's, however, the heater tap is not opening/closing nor the vent door attached to the same servo - nor at the vent doors from the servo located on the right hand side of the heater box.

Failing this - does anyone know the servo part numbers and where to order them from..

The system can be tested with ConZult, but not using the free version.
This system is computer controlled, once again error codes can be checked with the above ConZult.
The heater tap could be "frozen", from lack of use.
If you want parts, Nissan FAST would be the best source of information.

    Thanks..

I do fear that the tap is frozen, however, while the dash is out I'm halfway there to replacing it....

In the service manual there is a procedure for testing the servos using the AC control pod (so long as you have the digital automatic unit), look down in heater and AC http://z32.wikispaces.com/Factory+Service+Manual.

While the dash is out it may even be worth while to do the heater core, someone here was supplying them for ~$100 new

    Thanks Tom.

Looks like I have to replace some of the control arms on the vent flaps as they are old and broken and jammed (hence one servo not working properly).

Time to add a Wanted to Buy in the forums.

    Cheers,

Tektrader has just pulled apart a Z, he probably even knows what the bits look like. Check in the for sale section for his threads
