VIC 29th June (Sunday) Casual Zed Meet/Cruise

jamersss, Daxtillion and myself have decided to get together for a pretty casual easy going aus300zx meet/cruise. I'm not very familiar with melbourne yet so the meeting place is yet to be decided, but somewhere reasonably central would be ideal (open to suggestions!). Thinking Sunday the 8th of June would be good date.

Anyway, all welcome but don't expect anything to big or crazy. Just to see what sort of numbers we'll be looking at...

We we're thinking somewhere along beach road, but if anyone has any suggestions for a meeting point that would be awesome.

 

Just a suggestion. We have done these "city" type cruises before and it's very difficult to keep everyone together. You go for a cruise to another place and everyone just gets lost due to traffic lights and traffic in general.

Up to you guys. But a meet up and cruise through twisties are the most popular.

 

so where's the meet spot? what time?

i'll swing by to the meeting spot if it's early enough but not cruising as i gotta work.

Also keep up the suggestions of a meeting place! I've only been in Melbourne for 3 months so don't know the area at all.

 

That suits me. Just try and look at doing a cruise starting up north and taking us up through some twisties. Maroondah Highway is great or even the Dandy ranges works.

Trying to do a cruise in or near the City is just faarr took annoying! Everyone just gets stuck at lights or in traffic. I probably won't go if its in the City.

 

Yeah definitely. Thats what I was thinking. I'm pretty keen do take some semi-professional photos aswell, and I've got some good equipment if anyone else wants that done. Know of any good photo locations?

 

It's quite nice up that way through the forest. There is a few good photo ops along the way. Healesville is a nice little town too where we took photos one year in my annual cruise.

 

If you guys come up north near Bundoora (or are heading through) and it's not too early I'll join you also. Haven't had a chance to meet anyone here yet as I've just been flat out since moving here 12 months ago.
