Need to replace the AC box in my dash since one of the lines snapped on the evaporator side. In your personal experience can I do this with dash in by just removing the glove box and blower box out of the way or will it require a dash pull?

Again, just one of the hard lines going to the evaporator snapped. I have a spare ac box ready to go in.

Dash doesn't need to come out. Just take out glove box and you are away. Clean the new box out. They get a build up of leaves and start to smell.

dash will take you about 30min to get out

take it out it will make your life alot easier guarentee without taking it out you will probably almost want to break your dash apart fiddling under and behind it...

Took a couple of hours but did it with dash in. I didn't realise a 10mm nut existed with a bracket on the firewall engine side when removing.

Evaporator has now been replaced. There was a heap of dirt and leaves in the second hand one I obtained which was all cleaned out prior to install. Hopefully increasing air flow too

I know this is late, but yes the evaporator and associated plumbing etc can be removed from under the glovebox without removing the dash.
