Dont even think about doing it with engine in situ, Take the engine out to change turbos its lots quicker and you can do a better job.

    I thought as much.

Anyone know what gaskets I'll need and where to get them?

Swapping turbos with engine in is crazy talk.
I used permaseal mlsr turbo gasket kits when I did mine, but that was for sr20det turbos with 5 bolt dumps your better of ordering the relevant quality gaskets from CZP.
    4 bolt dump gasket
    2 bolt Comp inlet
    3 bolt comp outlet
    Oil drain. gasket
4 copper washers for water pipe banjo's
    X2
That's just to swap turbos once the motor was out I found a few other things to do.

Yup, pull the engine, then assess what parts you need, then do your order with czp.

You don't need all of that kit. Cheaper to just buy a length of water hose and do the bypass while engine is out.
I just reused the oil feed hard pipes after cleaning them out with degreaser, high pressure water and compressed air.

by the bypass you mean the throttle body coolant?

Yes those hoses are not required when bypassing the plenum and throttle bodies.
Order a plenum gasket as well if you plan on doing this.

Yeah, I got stuck last time. I didn't do the bypass on my NA. ended up spending money on those metal heater pipes on the back.
It isn't possible to change the turbos with a car hoist?

You would be wasting your time, but maybe teach yourself a few new swear words. A lot of good mechanics have tried, not worth trying. if you have a hoist available you can remove engine and gearbox ix 4 - 6 hours, then fix ALL the issues and be assured of a good job
