dont put a stupid comment like that in this thread. I would rather have someone local to buy the part than someone out of state. Dont tell me you wouldnt do the same. He told me he will wait in line so its not his pressure or persuasion that made my mind up. Its much more effective to sell it to someone local who can pick it up than sending it to another state.

I would not go back on an agreement without asking the other person first.
I would not even consider asking the other person to release me from that agreement if the money had changed hands (which it had (and I gave you and extra $5 over what you asked for))

Sure local buyers can make life easier, but if you are posting other items to other states anyway, I can only assume that some other form of persuasion may have taken place. So I paid you $65 (that included the $10 you asked for postage)

the only persuasion i have is from my previous efforts selling on the forum. I do not like sending items to other states unless i have a single buyer that isnt local. If you want to cry about your $3 i will send u that aswell.

I was just reading through this , and I was a bit shocked when I read the the bit ment for me as romonski said he had me down as second if it fell through and I was happy with that, I have no idea what went on after that although I would agree if I can get a deal closer I would go with that also and we have not a great deal of parts in wa as you guys over there regardless I would never get on a forum and publicly order sware at one of my mates who share the same passion most spoilt and poor ethical behavior , up to that point I would have given it up to you IDDavid

I am laughing at you atm.

I wonder what people think is going on in your sale thread?

before anyone gets the wrong idea,
Let's just let everyone know that a "deal is a Deal, unless you and Minezx make another deal AFTER you have asked me to pay and I had paid.

No problem if you would rather limit your potential buyers to your immediate suburb, that is your choice IF you state it in your for sale thread, (like other people do).
TIP: just include 'local pickup only' and everyone else will ignore your sale thread.

BUT don't agree by PM, then ask for money and when it is received agree to sell to someone else (then tell me you have someone else coming over to pick it up),
or if it was just that you haven't had any other sales, so decide you can't be bothered to go to the post office to drop a small item in a mailing tube and post it, decide to sell it to the next guy. You were already paid.

PS: anyone reading, he asked me to pay, I paid straight away. But he did reimburse me fully. I don't know why they are poking me about this. I only offered to buy something and paid for it.
So everyone buy his stuff, but even if you have a couple PM agreeing to that item, make sure (triple check) that he is actually selling it to YOU before you pay him.

AND, I didn't negotiate his price down (so he can't even claim that he is justified in accepting a later offer that met his price, even though that still wouldn't be right) I offered him 10% over his asking price and he agreed. So no one came in later with a matching offer and no one saved him a trip to the post office, unless those brakes didn't go to that Sydney buyer. We can all guess what really happened.
