Just went to fit new one piece drive shaft and noticed the new one doesn't have the little dampener thing at the rear so will need shorter bolts.

If that's true anyone know what tensile they are?

Measure the thickness of the flange on the end of the driveshaft, & then measure the thickness of the diff flange with the metric threads in it.
Add a bit extra for a spring washer & ideally the bolt threads should protrude slightly, just one or two threads, from the tapped holes in the diff flange.
Would advise you get socket head cap screws & some spring washers.
Get them from a nut & bolt shop, don't go to Bunnings! & take one of your old bolts with you so you get the correct thread size.
A drop of Loctite, something like Nut Lock, on each bolt would also be advisable.
You didn't mention the trade name of the driveshaft, I had a similar experience with an ACPT driveshaft to suit a TT a while back, posted the bolt specifications at the time, if you do a search you may be able to find the info.
