Bryan actually told me he had a lotus gearbox too. Said it came from an old customer at a shop he used to work at, that every 10,000km would replace the box and other major components. The guy apparently just gave him the box he swapped out. You make up your own mind.
Was there ever a Lotus that had a drive shaft feeding a diff? I thought they all had rear transaxels like Daves Evade.
Spot on. unless you go all the way back the the lotus seven. But that was a 4 speed truck box. I call bullshit on the fact he hada lotus gear box. And if he had a transaxle like mine it would be a phnenominal engineering effort to make it work (like the C5 corvette.). OR if he yse th elotus gearbox I had it would be a hell of a lot weaker than a standard Z32 box, as I broke the one in the E-Vade many times (until the I changed it out for the albins). And that with the standard TT engine.
Ok Bryan drives a 2 seater not a 2+2. He has veilside skirts not bomex. He doesn't have a rear wing. I also Don't believe he is on his red Ps lol The add also says it's a TT? Im no expert but I noticed that its missing the turbo intake pipes?
