    Hey Pal,
sorry to be a pane if you've already done this..

but have you cleaned & checked the ecu temp sender unit?...

if they don't work it gives symptoms like you describe due to over fueling, once the car is warm as the ecu still thinks it cold.

it will maker the car splutter.

It's a cheap replacement compared to the MAF.

conzult, datascan, ecutalk or any other software will let you see what the ecu thinks the temp is (among other tings), well work the investment... even the free ECUTalk or Conzult version (as long as you get a good interface unit).

Yes bought new ecu temp and installed last week and no change.
I noticed you can buy new MAF on e-bay for $140

dont, ebay mafs are crap. If its running rough, have you identified the culprit cylinder/s yet?

I had a couple of new ones from ebay over here in the UK and they were both rubbish... went for a good second had one in the end.
I would advise borrowing a know working one to prove that it is the MAF that's the problem.

    good luck.

Thanks for all the help Medallion - All fixed - I could kick myself - it was the coil pack under the balance tube. These coil packs were replaced 18 months ago. When warmed up it would start to fail. Had all my 20 year all ones and replaced. Thanks

Ah, glad you managed to sort it... yeah, its a pain in the butt taking the balance bar off all the time...
I also replaced all my coils with new... but it didn't make any difference.. lol..

for me it turned out to be a combination of bad CAS and timing out.
