when i fill my tank right up to the top.It doesn't show all the way up in my deck and it's not right.My mechanic told me it's a fuel sendor unit hence i've been looking for one.Does anyone know,if its the fuel sendor unit or something else ???
Mine has a similar problem. I just use the taco and refill after every -x- amount of Km's (that I know is approximately 6/7's of a tank) and refill. It's a pain but you get used to how your car uses fuel I guess.
The float is a part of the sender. it moves up and down with the fuel level. I know nothing about Z ones but in some cars the float could get a pin hole with age causingit to fill with fuel and sit lower in the tank. which would give a wrong reading.
when i fill the tank up to the top.it shows only till about 80 percent.and when my tank still has fuel in it.it goes below 50 % ..
Uh I don't really understand that last part.. but like other people have said it's probably the indicator in the tank. Sorry, don't really know where you could get one.
