hello guys I have a 1990 non turbo manual and it just wont start. I have recently changed over to a series 2 ptu so I can take that out of the situation, there is fuel pressure out of the fuel filter. I really dont know whats wrong and I would appreciate any tips or advice.

Did it start after you put in the s2 ptu?

Go to the tech section and search screw driver test, to make sure your getting spark.

yeah it was running for a while after I installed the S2 PTU and there is spark, I pulled out a spark plug and saw the spark so I eliminated that. Im stumped

check all your electrical connections, starting with the CAS plug. not only making sure they are seated make sure they have no green corrosion on them. also while turning the engine over use a screwdriver to listen for the injectors ticking, sharp end on an injector and handle to your ear. great poor mans stethoscope
