hey fellas and ladies its probally common sense to do this but just thought id share a lil tip on door & boot locks if they are getting old and tired to open, after a while mine wouldnt open at all so i tried some chain oil on a spraypack can and loaded it around the lock, i took the door card off and sprayed it on the inside with the doors but the boot lock i just sprayed in it from the outside and just turn it a couple times and they work good as new and better then they ever have before, but i need to save for some remote locking but just incase anyone else has this problem a lil chain oil or even wd-40 should bring them back to life :zlove:

This actually isn't a good idea. Sorry mate but that is a temporary fix that will make the problem worse in the long run. Oil like that will tend to gunk up creating a gooey mess in your lock eventually making it worse.

Graphite powder is a far more suitable product to mobilise locks as it does not hold dust and gunk up.
